I think this post is garbage, to be honest. Taralynn runs a wondeful blog, and I encourage all of you to follow her if youre looking to live a healthier lifestyle. She also handles her criticism with such grace.

It really concerns me that the author of this post is writing emails and, quite honest, being nasty. It concerns me that Taralynn is losing followers and can possibly have her credibility ruined by a few misunderstandings…
